    Here is a scrappy using panels of different sized strips I had...although it looks a little washed out in the picture ..it is actually bright and I think next time I do the appliqued flowers I will layer them on black ..for a thin outlined look..just so they stand out a bit more on the quilt..in the picture they look like they stand out ...but in real life I think they blend in to much.
    So Just to say this..I have not even begun to touch all of the panels I sewed together from the scrap bin...I have enough for at least 4 more quilts...gotta come up with some more ideas....then on to the OTHER scraps ! ;-)

    Great quilt! Maybe you could stitch round your flowers with black thread to give this quilt a bit more of the outlined look you want.
