Default Another scrappy quilt from 2009!

Scrappy squares a little bit sorted after color: I think the squares were about 7x7 cm or 3x3 inch! I made the binding from left over fabrics and even the backing needed some scraps because the backing fabric wasn't wide enough....

That is certainly a pretty controlled scrappy quilt. I have a box of 3" squares as well as a box of 2 1/2" scraps. You have given me some inspiration.

That is one good-lookin' quilt! And I love the quilting as well. Am copying your pics as I'm now totally inspired to give it a try. Bless you for sharing your talent.

Oh, your diagonal layout of the various color-ways works so well. Good thinking to use up more in the binding like that and the art panel for the back. Your quilting sets it off great! Thank you for sharing this one!

I love everything about this quilt!!

I love doing pieced bindings. I find it fun and adds interest to the right quilt.
