    Thanks everyone for both your kind comments and the border suggestions. I hardly have any of these fabrics left so ...I have been playing with a border that will be a surprise both if it works and that I even would use it. Gotta figure this out now......... Hint - it is paisley!!!!! Who would have thought. LOL I think it will work if I can do the math and figure out how to get some stars in there as well. First though I need to get these blocks sewn together.

    Thank you all for looking - I just love being able to show my "stuff" to someone and you are all so encouraging.

    WOW, that is an amazing quilt, I love the pattern too.
    I think I would do a narrow border in the pink to bring the pinks out a little more, then maybe a brown outter border... but I love pink :) :lol:

    That silvery star speckled fabric you have in those first two star block pictures would be perfect for the inside border, then possibly a chocolate brown. I really think a border fabric with stars in it would help pop the stars more! It is going to be amazing!! :thumbup: :D

    I made one like that...and I skipped the usual border and just put on binding. The stars popped that way...I really like your colors, too!!!
