    Default Another string pieced top

I've been trying to make a dent in my strings lately. I used strings from my vintage sheet collection for this. Posted a picture on Facebook and it will have a new home when it is made a little bigger and finished! I'm adding 2 columns and 1 more row to make a lap quilt, then it will be hand quilted.
The rectangles are about 6.25" x 11" unfinished. They are that size because I got a booklet in the mail for adult ed classes at the community college...cut off the fold/staples and decided I liked the proportions

That is so pretty! But won't it be hard to hand quilt through the sheets?

Actually, sheets are dreamy to hand quilt! It's the high thread count sheets that are hard.

I'm suddenly wanting some pink lemonade, lol. That's what this reminds me of. Lovely! You must have an impressive collection of vintage sheets!
