Was it a Mary Malari pattern? I know Nancy sells those books.
This pattern is call Strippin' & Stichin' and they have a kit you can buy or just the pattern. It is pictured on the front of the spring sale catalog I got yesterday.

Pretty jacket. I bet you are going to one of the retreats by Stitchin Heaven. You will probably need a jacket at night. It has been warm in East Texas during the day but sometimes at night it can get a little chilly. Hope you enjoy your stay here. Maybe the Dogwoods will still be blooming and the azaleas are beautiful right now. I live 45 miles south of Tyler. Have fun and enjoy the Texas hospitality.

Thanks Debra, thats where I am going. Come by and say Hi one day. We are going to Gladewater one day shopping, looking forward to that. I know it can be cool there this time of year and plan to use the jacket, hope every thing is in bloom there next week like it is here now. Looking forward to being in your part of Texas. My Texas family lives in and around Ft. Worth and the rest are up in Childress and Amarillo.

I really like your quilted sweatshirt jacket. Did you find the pattern on the internet? I've wanted to make one for years but just haven't started .. You've inspired me. Love your colors, too. Great job.

Your jacket is beautiful. I love the colors in this jacket. My MIL use to make quilted jackets back in the late 80's early 90's. She made me one before I had children. Needless to say I had it packed at the drycleaners and hope for the day I can take it out again to wear it.
