    I've never tried it, but I have the book...I think it's a lovely pattern and your colors are beautiful! I'm almost caught up on my UFOs, so maybe that will be next. You've inspired me!

    I love it. I haven't made one in quite some time, but am considering it for my favorite DIL and DS. I can say Jen is my favorite DIL because she's my only one, but I'd love her regardless. She just asked for a quilt for their bedroom in lavender and I had contemplated this pattern. It's easy, quick, and looks beautiful when you finish.

    If I understand your post you did this square by square and not the tube method? I am just curious. It is beautiful. Some day maybe I will try one of these.

    Yes I did this square by square. I wouldn't even attempt the tube method. lol

    Here is a link to this very quick and easy pattern. I just add the top and bottom borders to add length.
