This is a big DITTO to all that has been said. You must be so proud. I am proud of you. A Breautiful thing you did and a beautiful thing they did. I believe that our men and women of the armed services don't get enough good things said about them. We are able to do things because of them all. Thank you so much for sharing both post with us. That is just gorgeous!!! I loved reading the creed.
We have a Grandson serving in the Army in the Old Guard, performing ceremonies. God Bless and Keep all of Our Military Safe and Sound.
Good of you and your Cousin to honor them and good of them to honor both of you.

I so agree with this! My husband hasn't seen this yet, but when he does, he'll want me to make him one! He was in the Army 18 years! We have all branches covered in our family, most were career (20+ years). All would be proud of this quilt. You did an awesome job making it & all the kudo's for it are well deserved!

I also saw the link on another site. The Soldiers Creed is so appropriate to all the branches of the service. Don't be surprised if you get requests to use the design for QOV quilts. It is truly magnificent. Joyce in DE

The quilt is amazingly beautiful. I have goosebumps reading the Creed you embroidered on the quilt. I have a great love and devotion to my country and your quilt beautifully and touchingly honors all who choose to stand up and protect. Okay, now I'm wiping away a tear . . .

I agree with all of the above comments. What a beautiful Creed and a Thank you for all who have served to protect our freedom. Your quilt is beautiful and it must have been awesome for you and your cousin to be called to the front and receive a plaque-well deserved you did an amazing job with the quilt. Thank your sons for their service.
