It looks like a Singer 15. It has the tension on the faceplate. Try the vintage machine shop here- Billy, Lostn51, is our resident expert, and can probably tell you exactly what it is and who made it. I'm guessing it is a "badged" machine- a machine that was made by one of the big companies to be labeled by another company.
