any ideas for what to do with this fabric.......

Place mats, apron and potholders all sound like useful items, but I'm stuck on a quilt. I'd use large squares of the fabric to alternate with your favorite pieced block in coordinating colors. You could even back the quilt with the same print, if you can get enough.
