    Since I live in WI, it makes me think of green/gold Green Bay Packers football team. I would use it in some Packer design. Since all the players have numbers on their jerseys also, this would fit right in.

    I would applique big hot pink/incadescent red music notes on it, or a yellow or green dancing figure ....maybe white or black?
    A cyber thing whatever applique....?
