    this apple would make the doctor crazy! love it.... that would be a great wall hanging for your doctor!

    Wonderful and I love your border treatment. The centre section doesn't need an elaborate design, an all over meander or trailing leaf etc will do it. In the black border, I would do apples and probably either thread paint or colour them with fabric crayons, I'd trail from one to the other with leaves or blossom in between. :-D
