    Default Appreciation for a quilt

It's nice to receive a conformation that your gift is appreciated. My daughter text me this message "Snuggled up on the couch watching movies staying warm in my quilt!" on Saturday when the temp in Houston dropped. She wanted her dad's military patches attached.

that is awesome. great quilt and great daughter for letting you know she loves it. You don't always hear about that I have one picture of a quilt I made (I hated the quilt) but the little girl I gave it to loves it. Her mom posted a picture on Facebook of the little girl curled up sleeping with the quilt... it really made my heart smile when I saw that picture.

It is terrific to find out that all your hard work and sweat paid off. Mostly with making charity quilts, I just hug the quilt and hope the recipient enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it for them.

My bro lives in Houston area and they have needed a quilt, too. Yours is surely nice and comforting to her. Could you please post a large pic of your avatar or have you already. That is so pretty.
