It would definitely work for a baby girl - they make some princess prints with those colors that would make cute backing. I wouldn't hesitate a bit to finish it up for a new baby girl quilt.

Wow! Thank you all for the responses. I feel much better about it now. I added a border yesterday. I will post pictures after I get it quilted and bound, Tonight I will work on a label.
