Aqs show in Michigan

I agree these are wonderful quilts, and you are to be thanked for sharing, however I am wondering why the pictures are upside down and sideways...I am sure you did not try or intend to post them that way. I see other pictures like that as well and am going to assume it some quirk of the board's tech that just does it. I am wondering if the moderators might want to fix that glitch so we don't get a crick in our necks, not to mention a back ache trying to turn our selves upside down and sideways just to view them as they should be viewed.

Your pictures are beautIful - AQS shows have wonderful quilts. We had one in Charlotte, NC in July and I always attend the one up in Lancaster, PA.
Some of the ladies in my smaller guild said they were disappointed because the quilts were so intricate and way above us regular quilters. That comment disappointed me as I know when I go to these kind of shows that the quilts wil not be anywhere in my world of ability. I take pictures of colors that I never thought to use, interesting borders, blocks, fabulous quilting, etc. They couldn't understand what has happened to quilting in the last 20 years or so. Look at the winners of the Paducah show for. The 1990s and notice the progression from then until now! I used to say I could never in a bazillion years do quilts like these - but I am really happy with where I am and what I do - that's what's important. Those quilts are made purposely for big shows and big money. Just enjoy them - and drooling is totally appropriate!!!!
Thanks,
Sandy in Mooresville, NC
