    I almost hit one driving though you state at night. It was a shock to see one. I will never forget it as long as I live. I had never seen one in person. I don't know who was the most shook up me or the armadillo. LOL. Sorry, I had to share.

    I love your grandchild's taste. She sure knows what she wants and early in life doesn't she? Gotta love those grandkids. They sure keep you hopping.

    Your artistic challenge turned into a WOW quilt. I hope she lets you enter it into a show.

    Your story made me smile! I have never hit one, seen a few here and there and mostly dead by the road. Story goes when they get startled - they 'jump' straight up to just about grill height... must be partly true hahaha. When I asked Zoe why armadillos, she informed me they are the only animal that can roll up into a ball. Yes, she knew exactly what she wanted. Can't wait to see her reaction when she gets this. They are almost 6 hours away but coming in to see us in a few weeks.

    great quilt and your quilting helped me decide what to try on a ufo that has been around for a long time. thanks, i just love looking at all the beautiful on this board keep up the great work !
