It's wonderful K!! I love it. Your work has come so far! You are so brave to try all these new techniques. Creativity is it's own reward when you see the finished piece isn't it? I love seeing what you are up to!! So what's next? I presume this one will go on your site? It should sell really well!

We're in the south west and Cumbria is north west. A good 5 hours drive I should think, which I know doesn't seem like a long way to you but to us on this little island... I spent a lot of time in Cumbria's Lake District - I was born in Lancashire which is the next county down and had lots of holidays there. It's a beautiful part of the country. :-D

Thanks everyone, I really enjoyed making this. I'm briefly laying off the art quilts to get a few tops quilted but I'll be making more soon. Our village hall is holding an art sale in Spring which I'm invited to take part in so I want a few small, arty pieces for that. But meanwhile this and the rest will go for sale on my website. :-D

Thanks everyone - I really love doing hand work, it's so soothing. This was a few weeks of evenings in front of the TV, Susie. :-D
I love this one, but I also love your avatar quilt!! Can I see that in a bigger image?
