Assassin's Creed Banner
#1
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Some of you may remember that I made my husband a Mario wall hanging for Christmas - well, his birthday is today and so I decided I had to make him another video game wall hanging.
This one is not technically quilted, I suppose, as there's no batting, and I actually sewed it right sides together and then flipped it so I wouldn't have to do any binding (heh, I was short on time).
The colors on this one match our bedroom perfectly so I can't wait to hang it up. If you're unfamiliar with the symbol, it's the logo/symbol from the video game Assassin's Creed which both my husband and I love. So anyway...here's my geekiness from this year. :)

Looks good. While most quiolt shows insist on at least 3 layers, traditionally, summer quilts did not have any batting. I would call this a banner, rather than a quilt. Whatever it's called, thanks for sharing it.
