    Default Attic windows.. #4 quilt

I've been intrigued with the "attic window" pattern since it was shown to me. Went to an off the wall fabric store and found some $2/yd material to start a quilt. This was a learning opportunity so I didn't want a $12/yd education.
Best part? Machine sewn binding is more fun the hand sewn.
Worst part? Stitch ripper! Still quilting too fast and making mistakes. The Lizzie is awesome however.

Got a new grand daughter and her mommy is totally against pink and gave her nursery a robot theme. My wife bought me EQ7 for my birthday, so I'm going to try designing a robot quilt for my first EQ project. Either that or an assault rifle quilt.

Very nice. Dramatic with the use of such simple color combinations.

Really nice job on this quilt. I would say you didn't waste you money. Good luck with the next one.

You did a great job with just three fabrics! I make a lot of Attic Windows and I really like your take on it.

Beautiful quilt. I would go with the rifle myself but then again remember its for the baby so I guess the robots would be better for her at this time. LOL
