    Default 'Australia' Series of Quilts

I am now working on a series of 'Australia' design quilts. Here are a few in progress, the first quilt is completed. Two are done with selvedges. There are 1450 black and white circles the size of a 20cent piece (aus) fused onto a background fabric to form the outline of Australia and quilting has begun on this one.

I hope to have the series of quilts completed by Australia Day (January 26) 2019 for display.

    Thanks for looking.

I love your quilts! The coin-sized ones are so ambitious, with so many tiny pieces. I think the lettered one with all the names is my favorite.

Those quilts are impressive with all the techniques. Are you cutting those circles with a machine or by hand?

Love the background fabric that looks water. Have fun!

Those are all wonderful. Will you find a venue to hang them all as a group?

These are so interesting! I especially like the one with circles on a blue ocean and the one with words. What an accomplishment. How many are you planning to make? Would love to see the final showing...
