I love the way you gave room for more than just a name. Allowing people room to write a sentiment makes it even more special (awkward sentence, I know, but coffee hasn't kicked in yet).

Thanks for all your kind thoughts. words and prayers. He had the last aneurysm removed on 10/14 and is recovering nicely.
