    This is a wall quilt I made for my Mom, she loves bears! I purchased it as a kit on clearance at a quilt shop. I did a lot of cutting!! hehe However I also did it a little different, it has two layers of batting so that the bear actually has a 3-D effect, you cannot see it very well in the photo. This pattern is put out by Big Fork Bay Cottons

    I have bought a couple of big fork patterns they look hard... are they easy enough for confident beginner? Yours if wonderful

    Most definitely! Actually it was very easy, the hardest part was all the cutting, just have good sharp scissors! They include a true to size pattern that helps with the placing of the pieces. You should definitely put yours together!

    That does look like a lot of cutting! But the 3D effect is terrific, it even shows up in the photo.
