I didn't know this is a variation on an Ohio Star - I just kind of made it up playing around with triangles. I can email you directly a couple of closer photos to see the piecing up close if that would help. Shannon

I hope the weather will soon be cooler for you, we are heading into Spring, Queensland, and although the nights are cool the days are wonderful and warm. I love the table topper and although I can see it is a variation on an Ohio Star I was wondering if there was a name for the centre star? I would love to make this in Christmas colours as gifts, so any help would be appreciated.
