    Default Awesome Baskets!!!!

Alrighty!! I found this most awesomest of patterns at the Hershey Quilt Show. Didn't want to buy the whole book, but I did, just for this one pattern. SO WORTH IT!!!! I've made 4 of these so far, in just a couple days. Super easy, and a fantastic idea for gift giving. I'm going to make them for all sorts of holidays and seasons and keep on hand when I need that little something to give to someone. It will hold a dozen or more cookies (depending on how big your cookies are). I got the pattern from the Hugs and Holly Book from the Wooden Bear. There's another pattern in there for a "taker" that I want to try. It will hold an 8" x 8" aluminum pan with lid.....just think of the gift possibilities.......brownies, cookies, fudge, anything you can put in an 8" x 8" pan. AWESOMENESS AT IT'S BEST!!!!! here are a few pictures....hope you find them as AWESOME as I do.

it was the christmas one. I just made it into Halloween. I've also done 2 more that are Fall motif, with grapevine wreaths strewn with Apples that I bought at JoAnn's on sale. You can make them out of any fabric, that's why I said it would be great to have them made up ahead of time for all the seasons/holidays. Then if you needed a quickie gift, bake some cookies and poof, you're done!!

    Here is the link: http://www.thewoodenbear.com/

    Hope that helped.
