Aww, what a mess!
This little quilt is about right for a full sized bed. The title is "Fleurs sur Lundi bleu" which is French for "Flowers on Blue Monday." I absolutely loved it....yes, past tense. The front story: loved the fabrics, loved the pattern (my own), and loved, loved, loved the quilting. I quilted each square differently using echo quilting, pebbles, stitch in the ditch, feathers, stippling, and shells. Some of these I had never done before, so it was a learning process. I took tons of pictures so I could analyze my process and even wrote a tutorial on binding quilts from some of the pictures.
Then the back story: I put it up to take final pictures and realized just how many mistakes there are. I won't point them all out, but you can see how very off the center is, and it goes downhill from there. One problem was that I had so many interruptions thanks to the holidays that I forgot what I intended to do. Another was shortage of fabrics, which I bought years ago. I discovered later that it's still available online. Ha! Oh well, I learned enough to say it was worth the time and effort, and I'll bet someone will want it. Two of my sisters liked it very much, but that was before I finished it. Thanks for looking, Mary.

It looks great to me! It will look good to you in a few days also once you forget about the boo boos. Fold it up and put it away for a couple of days and then spread it out on your bed. It will look wonderful!

No, I don't see how many mistakes there are. All I see is that the fleurs are not symmetrical, and if you are not like me, that wouldnt bother you in the least. You meant to do it that way; right? I see a lot of work, more than I have time to do, and would be very proud of it.

It's beautiful. I really don't see anything wrong with it. There is so much to love about it. All of the things you stated and more. I hope you'll re-fall in love/like with it someday. Either way, you gained knowledge.
