My niece had her little girl this morning. Her mum said she did not know if Tracey had the baby in the wheel chair or if they made the bed. From the time the water broke to the birth 15 minutes max. the baby is 6lb.8oz and very small. Each block has a different girl in a ballet position.

Congratulations on the new arrival but Oh My! - I hope Mum and baby are fine as a very quick birth can be very traumatic for them!! I think 6lb 8oz is quite a size to birth so quickly ouch!!

Your baby quilt is going to be gorgeous, it's going to be set 'attic window' style? LOVE the fabrics, show more in your own thread when you get a bit more done so we can all follow it's progress, its going to be a beauty!!

Thank you both mum and daughter are doing fine and thank you for the compliment about my quilt. It is laid out on the bed ready to be put together after I finish this wall quilt for my DDs 10 Anniversary. Will post a pic when finished both.
