Baby I-Spy finished today
Bearisgray has been offering I-spy squares to people who can guess names of some of her relatives. I was lucky enough to win a batch, and she sent 52, more than twice as many as promised, each one different! I'm delighted with them and decided that in addition to making a quilt for my grandson (which I haven't decided on yet), I wanted to use some of my lucky winnings to make this donation quilt for our guild to distribute to an area hospital. The pattern is called "Warm Wishes" and it's very simple and fun to do. What looks like white in the picture is actually a very light baby blue fabric from my stash that has the word "baby" printed all over it. I wanted to make something appropriate for a little boy because I read someone's post on QB that said they typically get 5-6 quilts with little girl colors and themes for every one that's okay for a boy. This could be for any baby, really. I hope someone will enjoy it.

That's a darling quilt! I agree, it could be for any child, but including the vehicles and animals like the frog will really appeal to a boy. What a nice thing for you to do, and for Bearisgray to be so generous.
