My husband and I took the baby to a baby expo her ein the city. The expo itself was so lame. None of the sponsers or vendors had anything to do with babies. They had a little show going on where you could see little baby animals and it ran twice the day we went. There was supposed to be a showing at 2pm that day, but when we went in, no one was there and the man and woman doing the show said it wouldn't start til 2:30. Well, we couldn't wait around anymore because the baby was getting restless. But the man asked us if we wanted a sneak peak. He told us to go over to the coat rack in the room and there was a little pouch hanging from it...and this is what was in there....

His name is Chip and he was 6 months old. His mamma abandoned him on the side of the road and these people from this small zoo aquired him. As far as we know, we are the only people who got to see him this close. He was just waking up from a nap in his "sleep sack".

    Enjoy!

She just looked at him, kind of in amazement. She loves animals, even being so young. We have the 4 cats and the dog and she is obsessed with them all. So far the only animal she doesn like is fish...we go by the fish tanks at the pet stores and she gives a little whine every time.

What a darling baby that is.. I met some folks in Missouri with a "wild animal" farm.. they were licensed to raise abandoned wildlife.. they had a baby black bear and their daughter came out with a baby blanket and had a little white roo in it.. it was just darling also.
