    Pretty quilt, babies seem to like all the different textures too. So she will like the softness of the back and silkiness of the edge. Very nice.

    Thank you for the kind comments everyone. I appreciate them. I forgot to say that the batting in this one is just a piece of white flannel since I happened to have white flannel laying around. I quit using traditional batting and usually use white non-flannel cottons as the batting because I'm hoping that gives more stability for the SID quilting stitches than a regular bat would. I assume these quilts will dragged around and stretched quite a bit.

    Is it baby quilt night tonight? This is the fourth one that I see. I love baby quilts, so I'm glad I visited. This little quilt is just adorable. Minkee fabric is so hard to work with--it's soft and yummy, but difficult. How did you manage it?
