    Rail Fence is such a versatile and variable easy patter..... its nice to see someone making use of the variations... Pretty quilts, both of them, they wll love them !

    The center rail is wider, cut at 2.5x4.5 inches
    The white rails are cut at 1.5x4.5 inches
    Blocks finish at 4 inches
    I made 143 blocks so there are 11 blocks across, 13 down.
    The quilts finishes at approx. 44 x 52.
    They're generously sized so once babies reach the one year mark and none of the other baby blankets are big enough, the quilt will still fit. They should even work on a toddler bed, but I'd have to double-check my length measurement...

    It looks different than the reg. rail fences that I have seen. Love yours. Could you do a tute on how you did this?
