Default Back to the board from my quilting.

I spent a great deal of time on this board a year ago, then stopped and threw myself into quilting. I am still a beginner, but I created my first quilt with my own design. I am back to this board to learn more and perhaps refine my current skills.
This my first attempt at a very simple design, and my first use of appliqué. I wanted to mark the occasion of my wedding being legal so I wanted a broken rainbow. This is my gift quilt for my wife to celebrate our 19th anniversary.
    Still working on the binding.

I love it. It's clean and fresh. And I really like your applique work.
