This is my first attempt at being "fancy" with a backing, lol. But this border was on the larger border that I used on the quilt top and I thought it deserved a place too. Here is the quilt top: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-45238-1.htm

    Hello Pam 1966

Love the idea of your backing, now the quilt is reversible!! I checked out the quilt top too and that looks great.I'm looking for Eleanor's Tablecloth/Christmas Tree Skirt pattern - has anyone made that yet, if so, which book is it in - I'm amazed at how many books she has on offer?

I never thought to make the reverse side fancy too, good idea. Mom always thought the quilted backs were as pretty as the pieced tops.

Beautiful. I noticed that border when I looked at your quilt earlier. You made the back look great.
