    I like your color choices a lot-especially the baby quilt. Your straight line quilting on the baby quilt is perfect for your project. Traveling is fun, I know, but home is where the heart resides.

    Both quilts are lovely. On your crib quilt, I wondered how you quilted the lambs and then saw your info that the minky came with embossed lambs. That is marvelous! Please advise what needle you have found to work well when quilting with a minky backing. Thank you!

    To be honest Copycat, I don’t think I remembered to change my needle so I’m pretty sure it was just a 80/12 universal. Since I used a walking foot and straight stitch on my Bernina...I didn’t have any trouble. I did lengthen my stitch a bit compared to the setting I use for piecing.

    The aqua and coral quilt is so intricate. I think I'd get lost in it if I tried to make it. Lovely.
