    Default bag for quilt retreat

My sisters and I are getting together next month for a quilt retreat. We try to do this a couple of times a year. I was asked to do a tutorial on making a quilted bag and since I needed (wanted?) one for our sister retreat, I decided to make one. I will post the tutorial in the morning but here is the bag made from a jelly roll and a yard of contrast fabric.

The quilting is gorgeous. It shows up particularly on the inside of the bag in the photo. Have a great quilt retreat!!

Love your bag. The quilting must support the sides a bit. Good idea. I would love one like that(hint )!! Your workmanship is fantastic.
