I made mine a little larger than the pattern and used machine embroidery instead of the hand stitched design as per the pattern.

Which bag are you referring to. The patterns are a mixture. the charm tote is a purchased pattern as is the Ric Rac tote, the fan, and patch totes are from a magazine and the heart tote is a free download from Free Quilting Patterns.
