    I tell you what :D This is soooooooooo much easier than trying to manhandle a huge quilt through the regular machine - makes you wonder why we didn't do it sooner :cry:

    This is all freehand and doesn't look too shabby even if I do say so myself.
    And as I said, the problems I've had have been my own fault - the biggest one is forgetting to lower the presser foot - duh - something you do automatically but easy (for me) to forget because you are at a totally different angle to the machine - instead of being directly in front of the machine you are at either end. So I wrote on the handle in big red letters "Lower the Presser Foot"..... (which probably won't keep me from forgetting but what the hey....."

    My other problem is, I get to going too fast :oops:

    The machine has not had a speck of trouble going forwards, backwards, sideways, etc.... I'm very pleased....
    and I even let DH have another turn :wink:
