I love all of the Lazy Girl Designs purses. Joan Hawley's directions are clear, concise and each step is complete with color photographs! I highly recommend them ... I've made 5 of her patterns and they are all top notch. JMHO

She'll love it. The houndstooth fabric is the perfect accent.

    Sewsew,

What a great bag -- and I hope your friend will be able to take it to the national championship game on 9 January. The use of houndstooth fabric is perfect, and will be appreciated by any Tide fan who was around during the Bear Bryant era. Roll Tide!

P.S. My Dad is also an Ole Miss alum and he, too, is used to losing to the SEC teams. I try not to be annoying to him when Bama plays Ole Miss each year. Dad is 91 years old and he hopes to live long enough to see Ole Miss have a winning year. :-)
