    Here's the blanket I made for my granddaughter's baptism. It's an eyelet bed skirt reclaimed. I started to make a sort of layered blanket but it looked like curtains so I decided on a square without any backing. It's got a pink ribbon in the middle that was used on my DD & SIL's wedding cake. Doesn't show up very well in this photo.

    Sort of wrinkled after her daddy wadded her up in it. tee hee

    I've got a bunch of eyelet that I've reclaimed from bedskirts and such. I've altered a couple men's shirts for myself with some of the eyelet. Comes in handy other places, too. The blanket cost me a grand total of $2. tee hee.
