    Default Bargello finished

I finished the binding on this Bargello last night. I have posted pictures of this quilt in various stages, in fact, I said I wouldn't post a finished picture, since I quilt in the ditch and it wouldn't look any different.

However, it turns out that I do want to post the absolutely finally finished picture of it. I like this quilt, but after I pull it out in a month or so, I will like it better. Right now I have grown weary of it. I will show it during Show and Tell at our next guild meeting, and then put it on the back burner until I put it on a bed.

    Thanks for looking.

That is truly terrific. I always feel the same way about my quilts, especially bargellos. I get sick of looking at the same things over and over. I like mine better after a break as well.

I have seen the progress pictures you have shared and the finished project is beautiful. I agree-you probably are tired of looking at it but put it away for awhile and bring it out later and you will be pleased with the quilt.
