I want to do one but now it looks like it's going to be sometime next year.
Please would you take pictures as your sewing?

No, stop! I think you are done!
Let's wait until Barb_Mo gets here but I think you are where you want to be. The way I am counting your fabrics, you are done. Beautiful fabrics. In your second layout they look perfect to me for the pattern. Barb will need to know: on the pattern, the light colors are ?5? rows and the yellow on the pattern is the ?6? th row? And in your 2nd fabric layout your 1st 5 fabrics are light to creme, then you have an ?orange? so that orange will be where the yellow in the pattern picture is? Right? If so, I think you are ready to cut. Good job! I am going to love it. Let's see what Barb says.
Let's see--there are 6 considered cream to yellow/orange, then 9 for the mid section--the directions just said autumn colors, then 5 greens.

I do love this set up. See what Barb thinks! :-D
Since I have never done a bargello like this, I don't think I am qualified to say if the arrangement is done. The are beautiful colors and all go well with each other. I think you will know when it is right...think you have already said...Done.

Now I think the creams are broken up a bit--and the prints aren't so in a row... see the new fabrics in the cream section? LOVE them!! I don't think I'll be changing my mind.
I like your second choices. Can't wait to see the finished piece!

I am a little bit concerned how the green with big orange leaves will appear when cut into small pieces. It's a gorgeous fabric but if it turns out to look mostly orange in the quilt, will you be disappointed? If so, try switching it to the left a few spaces....
