YUMMY! Arrangement #2 looks like a winner to me - and the zinger idea is a good one. I can't remember who said to cut a strip from each fabric and hang them up for a few days to see if you still like them, but it sounds like a good idea - especially if you're on the fence about 2 or 3 of the fabrics.

I'll take it.......done or not done. Beautiful choices. That is what I need to do better is to pick out fabric but as long as you did it, I will take it.

I would take #11 and make it #8. All else looks wonderful to me. But I have never made a bargello so I might not know what I'm talking about. LOL

OOPS, didn't see arrangement on page 2. Ignore what I said up there! Now I would pull #7 and make it #9. All else is wonderful. It's going to be an amazing quilt.

Counting from the left,on the first page, I would take #12 and # 14 and move them by #10.....They are all beautiful and should make a striking bargello!!!

Great combination of colors. You will do fine and after you have done the first one you will be foreever hooked on the bargello style. Be sure to post the finished quilt!

I love the fabrics you have chosen, and can't wait to see them made into a bargello. I am sure your arrangement, be it the 2nd, 1st, or totally different will be perffect. Can't wait!

I have not read all the replies, so I apologize if I'm repeating anyone. All of your fabrics are gorgeous.
I do wonder about one of the fabrics in the middles and greens picture. It is a darkish green background with brownish leaves. I am thinking that (if the pieces are fairly small), this print will appear to be less of a blender, and more of a standout. I'm having a hard time explaining this. I think the leaves will appear in odd places, taking away some of the symmetry of the design.
But, again, I agree with everyone here, you have a wonderful gift for pciking beautiful fabrics and putting them together effectively. Good luck with this project! Can't wait to see it finished!
