    I love these and am assusming you use the same Bargello technique except making sure you have the "subject" fabric in the right places.

    That's what I think. Probably make sure the top and bottom strips are extra wide so you can raise and lower the scene. Just my thought process though. We'll wait for the 'expert'!

    I have tons of scene's in my head and wanted to translate to fabric so I was picking out fabric for a Beach Scene lap quilt. I was going to just do rows but as I was passing the books there was this idea....The books was just called "Bargello"...can't remember author it's not in the location I'm in now...I've done many diff scenes I'll eventually post...Working on a farm scene now for my Husband's Christmas present...Have a few hrs to finish. I've done bch scenes, chirstmas village scenes with a choir singing...one of my favorites, cats on the beach, and what I call Faux Monet, on and on....I spend most of my winter days up sewing from 9-4 everyday.

    How very creative of you to work the bargello into a scene. Wonderful job. I am sure they will love them.
