    I had never tried a bargello, but when Barb helped us with a tute it was sooo easy to do and to follow.. the hardest part was picking all the colors.. I did two using her pattern..the first one with her help and the second one all on my own.. this pattern is very doable....

    Though I usually pick out the fabrics for my bargello quilts, my niece picked out the fabrics for this one. I had not made any quilts with yellow in them, so I ask her to do it. I told her how many yellows and how many blues to get and this is the out come. I did save out one of the blues to use as an inner border so that I could use the blue print in two different places.
