    Beautiful! I have never done something like this. Just a beginner but is there some place that shows a simple block with limited materials that you can try? Just to get the feel of making it like other quilt blocks

    Love the shades of blue. So cool looking on such a hot day.

    A solid navy border seems like the consensus, I agree. But it does look fabulous the way it is! I guess for me it would depend on what I want the finished size to be.

    I like it sideways also although really it is beautiful no matter which way you turn it! I don't think I would border this quilt as I think it would take away instead of enhancing.
