Love your quilt! The colors really pop against the white. Your quilting is beautiful!

Do you have an estimate of how many hours you spend handquilting one of your quilts? I realize that size and intricacy makes a difference and I don't know what size you usually make. I'm wondering because I think I would like to try one after I retire in two months. Your quilting is so beautiful and I like the handquilted look so much.

Oh, it takes me several months after I get it pieced. I leave it on my quilting frame in the front room and work on it off and on all of the time. I am retired and have a lot of quilting time. Usually reg to Q size - it varies, of course.

Sorry, I can't find the pattern since it has been so long ago. Don't ever throw pattern away - can't imagine. I will keep looking.

It would be worth it to me to spend extra time if I made an especially beautiful well pieced quilt that I wantec to become a family heirloom. I'd like do at least one to see how well I can handquilt and see how beautiful it turns out.
    Thanks,
    Kathy
