    I agree with Leslie, also. Plus maybe applique a few flowers in some of the baskets. Maybe in brights also. That would call attention to the baskets. Just a thought. It will be nice no matter what you do.

    I think sashing would be great, and I would also consider setting your blocks on point. (I didn't read the whole thread- maybe someone already suggested that ??) Can't wait to see these cute baskets in the final product!

    I think sashing would make the quilt. You have some golds and greens in it, why not try a soft pale yellow or a soft mint green for sashing with white corner stones and see how that would work with the rest of the colors. You already have a white background and I think a colored sashing would frame your beautiful blocks if the sashing was in a soft color, and that wouldn't take away from the baskets.
