Default Batik Bento Box for my sister

My sister asked for a lightweight quilted throw for her living room. She asked for a modern looking quilt with jewel tone colors and selected some batiks for Connecting Threads to give me an idea of what she wanted but said I could use some of them or some from my stash. So I did that plus bought some more from an LQS. She preferred not to have batting in it because she wanted it to drape easily. In the end I put in a low loft polyester and meandered lightly when quilting it. It is soft and drapable.

I love "made to order" quilts. I love when someone makes a request and then gives me the freedom to make it happen. Your quilt is Perfect!
