Thanks for sharing. I love to look at all the pictures to see what other Qb'ers are up to. Especially with the holidays coming around the corners. I know BEenana will find this and like it. She has the PInk Lemonade ablly pop to use and needs a pattern. Great pattern, Love the colors and backing too.♥

What a beautiful quilt, the colours are so comforting! Shame it's not THE one for you, but your friend will no doubt love it to bits!!
Easy ...yes but so effective with the batiks! Great backing too!
Love it

Fabrics: Pink Lemonade Bali Pop by Hoffman - both borders are yardage from that line
Backing: from one of the fine folk on this board. He had it for a great price and I took a gamble that the colors were right. They are PERFECT!
Quilting: only way I know - cross hatch with varigated
purple/blue thread
I bought this one to make for me, me, me, but ... it's not "THE ONE" yet. So it's going to a dear lady who has been my aide at school for the last 10 years. I'm an elementary school music teacher so that meant a lot of decorating, crowd control, taking over so I could work with small groups, etc. - definately above and beyond ... She was transferred to another campus in our recent staff reduction.
