    Default Batik Placemats

I just finished a set of batik placemats for me. The picture doesn't do justice to the main fabric. I did this smaller project to play with some things on my new-ish (6 months) Pfaff Performance 5.0. I used one of the wide stitches for the leaf on the inset and flipped it to get the alternating pattern. I also used a wide wave quilting pattern that is built-in, but the quilting doesn't show well in the picture. Now back to quilts!

Gorgeous fabric! I really like the leaf accent you did!
