    Although these pieces are not sewn together, I couldn't wait to show everyone my "Scrapy Batik". I have NEVER made a scrappy quilt, but have been inspired by all of you here. It has been difficult for me to try and NOT match up the pieces

    I am making this entirely from my stash. And thanks to 'jacquiqltznok" who traded me some light colored batiks, as I was running very low. The only fabric I purchased is the dark brown for the arches....there are 52 of them, and wanted some continuity throughout the quilt.
