Batik Wedding Quilt
#26
Thank you every one for your kind remarks. I did enjoy making it because my friend is very special, and she has met a wonderful man through the internet, and I swear they are like "peas in a pod" with similar interests, a strong faith, and he appreciates her need to have a work room...... get in there.....and is keen to learn "quilting language" as he puts it.
One tip I will pass on about the quilt is that I pieced in quarters, thus eliminating the risks of repeat colours next to each other. However I do think it did happen once and I didn't notice. Now to finish a couple of UFO's.
